What Causes Fever After A C-section?
I delivered a baby girl 25 days back..c section.till my hospital stay all was well. Ever since I came home I ve had fever between 99-99.5every evening which goes off on its own by night. I was diagnosed with urine infection (pus cells 8-10, epithileal cells 15-20, RBC 6-8). Further also developed an infection in incision and m dressing it daily. I am taking linox total since 5 days. Now antibiotic course over but all the problems still persist! I feel really low about me not healing.

I have reviewed your query. Your fever is most likely due to the Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) as suggested by the urine complete examination. Urinary Tract Infection is one of the complications of C-Section so there is not much to worry about. The pattern of fever that you have mentioned can occur after C-Sections or even normal deliveries.
The infection occurring in the incision can also be a cause of your fever. Cleaning the wound and dressing on daily basis is very good. If I were your physician I would have advised you to get a culture examination done of the discharge from the incision wound site so that the infecting organism can be isolated and antibiotic given accordingly.
