What Causes Fever After Returning From A Business Trip?
45 yo healthy male suddenly feeling ill around 1400 hrs today with fever of 103.1 at 1900 hrs. No congestion, pain or intestinal/stomach symptoms. He is resting and is drinking water and has had soup. 7 days ago, returned from week business trip to Singapore.

High grade fever is a matter of concern, it warrants detailed evaluation like blood test for CBC, Malaria, dengue, liver function test and urine routine and microscopy test.
Meanwhile you can take acetaminophen for fever with cold sponging.
