What Causes Fever Along With Abdominal Pain And Dizziness?
I have had a fever for 3 days, no symptoms of cold or flu...no runny nose no coughing/sneezing. I have left side abdominal pain, not bad, more achy than painful. not hungry. the odd thing is it sound like there is water rushing through my head...again its, not pain full, but I do get dizzy when I hear it. I feel very weak and my balance is off. the fever has gone through spikes from 100.1 to 103.2 up and down.

It can be a viral fever along with gastroenteritis. You can take analgesics like Paracetamol for pain relief. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and start antibiotics.
