What Causes Fever Along With Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

I have a 16yr old female who started last august with fever, severe abdominal pain, throwing up happening a couple times a month. Multiple ultra sounds, pelvic exam, two tests for dairy and egg allergies (one passed, one failed) put on birth control to help if mid cycle, been to stomach doctor, ran panels for crohns, siliac, etc everything seems to be normal, but still gets severe pain in abdominal area (lower) at least once a month and it is not always during mid cycle.
