What Causes Fever Along With Chills, Body Ache And Sore Throat?
I had some sort of flu-like virus that started a week ago, with fever, chills, body aches, laryngitis, and a stabbing sore throat that lasted a couple days. Since then I have had an almost constant irritating cough and sinusitis. It now hurts when I swallow, but I don’t mean my throat. The pain is way down lower...almost like the top of my lungs or esophagus. And my food is moving really slowly when I swallow. It all feels so swollen down there. Should I be worried?

As per your description throat infection might not be cured completely that is why there is difficulty in swallowing. You can complete 3 day course of azithromycin 500mg along with steam inhalation. That will definitely help you.
