What Causes Fever Along With Dizziness And Weakness?

I m six weeks pregnant and want to keep the baby. however for the last 24 hours I ve had fever, dizziness and weak feeling, also some diarreah. its my first pregnancy and i know I m probably overly anxious, but could this be the start of a miscarriage?

Hello

The symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection.

They are not related to a miscarriage.

I suggest using Acetaminophen for the fever.

I also recommend to drink liquids and eat a plain diet.
