What Causes Fever Along With Dizziness Upon Standing?
Yesterday I had a 102.2 fever, felt dizzy when standing, earache and it was difficult to swollow due to a swore throat. Early this morning around 3am I woke up because it was hard for me to breath and my throat was hurting more than usual, I took some Advil and went back to sleep. When I awoke, I noticed that my tonsils had a bunch of tiny white spots all over them, so I swabbed them, and a clear mucusy susbstance came off that wasn t the best to smell. My tongue also has a coating of something over it that I can get off with my finger nail. What do I have?

Seeing upon your description , it seems to be throat infection like pharyngitis or tonsilitis or less likely diphtheria. U need to visit a doctor with specialization in infectious diseases/ internal medicine. Or an ENT doctor if it turns out to be tonsilitis. Wishing you best of health. Regards
