What Causes Fever Along With Fatigue, Headache And Appetite Loss?

Usually have allergy symptoms this time of year. Heavy exposure to allergens. Symptoms: started 99.0 fever yesterday. 100.1 when tylenol wears off. Fatique, headache, soreness of neck, loss of appetite, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing. Small blood spotting tonight in sputum.

Mostly due to flu virus and we suspect sinusitis also. You can take anti-histamine, paracetamol 650 and a Rantac. Advice to take half spoon turmeric powder with warm milk.
