What Causes Fever Along With Headache And Dizziness?

Woke up yesterday morning with a slight fever (99.0), horrible pressure, headache, sensation that the room is spinning if I stand up and move around. Felt better laying flat. Have done that for two days and the pressure/headache is not feeling better. Fever only lasted a short time.

You have problem of dizziness and headach problem with fever that may be because of sinus problem or inner ear infection or other reasons.

Fever indicate any presences of infection.
