What Causes Fever Along With Headache, Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

Hi, i got fever, headache, fatigue, no appetite, diarrhea, chest pain (above my left chest or in a middle of my chest). Sometimes at night, i got multiple stomach pain and its too painful that i can t even lift my own body. My face always pale. Why is that?

Get your blood test done for fever and consult physician. You can do cbc., sgpt, sgpt, widal and urine routine.
