What Causes Fever Along With Headaches And Nausea?

Hello. My fiancé has been experiencing some strange feverish symptoms. He s Nauseous, has a fever, real bad head ache, really pale, he gets the shivers, he feels dizzy when he stands up, and every time he eats he feels like he s going to vomit. What is going on with him?? Please help!

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having stomach virus giving rise fever, nausea, shivering.
Give him Ondem for nausea and vomiting.
Give paracetamol for fever, shivering and headache.
Give him plenty of water, lime water, juices and keep him well hydrated.
Give him light diet like buttermilk, curd, rice.
Give him complete rest.
