What Causes Fever Along With Intermittent Headaches And Body Pains?

I am a healthy 53 year old female and for the last 4 days I ve had a fever ranging from 99 to 102.9. I have body aches especially my hips and pelvis area and an on and off headache. Other than that no other symptoms. I can t remember the last time I had a fever and I m wondering if this is just a viral flu.? I am able to reduce the fever with Advil put it just goes back up again.

this can be a viral flu but if the fever keeps on rising you should get some blood tests done to chk for source of infections mean while note the pattern of fever and record the readings that gives a pretty good idea
