What Causes Fever Along With Pain In The Joints?

Hi
My sister 23 yrs of age was suffering from fever n joint pain frm last 10-12 months. The doctors we were consulting told us it is kind of chicken gunia, but a month before we came to know its some rheumatic disease called dermomysitis or SLE,but doc still not confirmed it.she has lost lots of wait during this period,presently she is 35 kg. Doctors prescribed her 60 mg of omnacortil or wyslone.Is it be good for health?
We have been experiencing strange behavior,she gets angry with some small things.

joint pain is arthritis canbe rheumatism. Ra factor should be tested. it is steroid which can be avoided. inits place aspirin group of drug like lowprin and nasid can be prescribed.she is having psychological disorder for which counseling from clinical psy chologist can be taken. rheumatism is auto imune disorder. if steroid prescribed then tapering is to be done.
