General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that you are suffering from severe upper respiratory tract infection. You should visit a physician as soon as possible as you are required to take an antibiotic course to treat the infection. Your physician may advise you a chest x-ray depending on the auscultatory findings.

Since you have also developed mouth sores, you need to take a vitamin supplement which should include B complex and vitamin C. You can also apply a mouth gel like hexigel for temporary relief from pain. You can apply it before meals to avoid discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma Amman
