What Causes Fever Along With Sore Throat And Joint Pain?

Child 8years old,fever started 1week back with weakness and sorethroat.fever relieved after two days.sore throat n prostration was relieved. Then developed itching of hands n foot.. on scratching slight papular eruption. Aggravation at night. Now fever recurred again with pain in joints especially ankle joints. Sir please explain the diagnosis and treatment

may be chikungunia OR other viral exathemstous
.and may be rheumatic fever..yr Child should investigated fr blood platelet snd aslo titre and Dr rhehmatic fever aslo titre and give.tab perscitamol
