What Causes Fever Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

My daughter was on a 10 day course of bacterium for UTI, felt better after 24 hrs. Days after she developed headache( migraine like) and did not go away. 3 days ago had high fever. swollen lymph glands and tenderness on the side of her ear which could be a referred pain, doctors ran CNBC, mono, strep test and Lyme test. She is still running a fever at 100.5. Could this just be a viral rash, viral infection or a side effect of Bactria as a late onset side effect?

I don't know the outcome of the tests she run out but this looks like mononucleosis. It is caused by Epstein-Barr Virus.
