What Causes Fever Along With Vomiting, Fatigue And Cough?

14 years old, fever for 4 days 99 to 103- up/down, vomited several times on the only in second day{ early morning}, fatigue, little coughing and congestion, phlegm clear, no headache except first night. Fever gone in morning of 4th day but came back in afternoon.

Hi,
sorry for your childs sufferings.
He is suffering , most probably from Respiratory tract infection.
its either viral or bacterial.

viral infection self remitting, generally it takes 5/7 days.

If high fever, yellowish stupum there , consult a physician for proper antibiotic.

Now you can use paracetamol, warm water spnoging for fever and cold medication.
