What Causes Fever Along With Welts On Back And Legs?

Hello, my daughter has had a fever for about two days, it has gotten pretty high, but she always gets them for days and they reach high temperatures no matter what I do. She also, always gets a cough when she gets a fever, but this time there is also a cold and these welts all on her back and legs that look like mosquito bites

Hi,
I want to know -
1) Have you vaccinated her for her age including chicken pox vaccination.
2) Any associated symptoms like joint pain, joint swelling, breathing difficulties, bleeding spots over body or bleeding from any site.

These symptoms are of infection probably viral, you should consult your Pediatrician and get her evaluation done.
Following test may help in establishing the diagnosis -
Complete blood count, ESR, CRP, urine Examination, chest xray.
