What Causes Fever And Abdominal Pain In Child With Decreased Urination?

Hi. I have a four and a half year old with fever of 102.8 complaining of headache and stomachache. Decreased appetite and hasn t urinated since this morning. Should I take him to the doctor? I m a nurse but it s hard to have a clear head with your own child.

Hi,
It seems that your kid might be having viral fever.
Due to less water intake or perspiration due to giving antipyertic medicine might lead to passing less amount of urine.
Give him plenty of water and liquids and keep him well hydrated.
Having lack of appetite, headache and stomachache is common with fever.
