What Causes Fever And Body Tremors?

Hi, i am facing fever & shevering after 2nd half from Monday 3/7/17, i showed this to the doctor, they gave me some medicine by saying viral fever due to weather change, but even after 21/2 days also, there is no much improvement, please help me on this..

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.
I suggest you to continue with antipyretic medication such as ibuprofen 400 mg tree times a day.You should also drink liquids and have cool showers for relief.
