What Causes Fever And Chills In The Night?

I woke up in the middle of the night shaking with a fever of 102.6. have chills, lower back ache, head hurts, and very slight twinge of nausea. No vomiting or diarrhea though. Flu, food poisoning, or something else? I ate Mexican food for dinner about 5 hours before.

Fever with chills may be due to many reasons,
Malaria,
Viral fever,
Abscess,
Lower respiratory tract infection,urinary tract infection,
Your detailed examination and blood test have to done to get to conclusion,please consult physician
