What Causes Fever And Cough In An Infant With Prebronchial Infection?

My child is nine months old she has been on antibiotics for 10 days since April 30 she finished her antibiotics on Saturday. She still had fever and coughing so I brought her in yesterday and got an X-ray. Showed up she has prebroncial infection. Dr is not in today and my daughter is having her fevers on and off and coughing and crying cuz it hurts. When should I be concerned.

As your daughter is suffering from pre-bronchial infection you can give her some antibiotic like syrup moxikind-cv or syrup symbiotic-p along with syrup wikoryl or syrup sinarest for fever and common cold. You can also give her syrup bro-zedex or syrup gerifen-sr for cough. Do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of her body. Don't worry she will be fine.
