What Causes Fever And Difficulty In Urinating?

I had green laser treatment for benign hypertrophic adult prostate. The catheter was removed and the bladder flushed with saline. However I have a fever of 100.3 F same day in the evening .I took one large Tylenol. I am on Cipro. The catheter stayed for 2 days ( a bit less) No clots in the urin and no difficulty urinating( a small amount though!) Is this worrying or should I contact my urologist? I do feel well and urinating very well!
