After 3 nights with 39.3 oC my 5 old grandson was better - 38.5 oC, and 4 th day 38.0 oC. First day he had a big pain in his ear, I was treat it with propolis /drops / . He doesn t have a cough. A little bit running nose. Yesterday , after all day on Monday, there was again 38.0 oC in the afternoon. He was sleeping almost all the tree days in the beginning. I don t like antibiotics if is possible cure without it. This evening hi has again 38.0 oC. I thought, we are out of it. I am afraid of pneumonia. But his breathing is almost clean . Pain in ear plus fever with running nose indica5some infection. So you should give syrup paracetamol for relief of fever. Other thing is to give syrup chlorpheniramine for running nose. Ear pain needs to be evaluated separately for any pus discharge. Give enough juice and water for proper hydration.
