What Causes Fever And Fatigue While Suffering From Infectious Mononucleosis?

My husband was diagnosed with Mono. He started feeling ill 6 weeks ago and it s been a month with fever, chills with shaking, sweats, fatigue, and small appetite. I m beginning to wonder if he really has moms because he has never had a sore throat, swollen glands or enlarged spleen. Could there be something else going on also?

itis caused by virus which stays in saliva.that is whyknown as kissing disease fever and fatigue is normal in mono.
