General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Headache is one of the adverse effects that are related to Ipill. Fever is less likely related to Ipill intake.

Fever is most likely there due to some infectious cause. I would suggest you take a paracetamol tablet for the headache for symptomatic relief.

And visit your doctor for the fever as there might be need of getting some blood tests done as well as with all appropriate history, your doctor will advise necessary antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
