What Causes Fever And Lethargy In Children?

I have a two year old daughter and I took notice today that she has been very lethargic and has not really ate or drank much.. I then checked her temp. and it was at 101.6 three hours ago I recently re checked it and it raised to 102.0 Should I take her in?

i think your daughter have infection.give her ibuprofen / paracitamol syrupfor fever as soon as it is >100f.
you should also consult a paediatrician for proper diagnosis.
