What Causes Fever And Pain In The Arm?

Hi, My 6 year old girl has fever (38-39,3 C) She was complaining about headaches and pain in her right arm, I went to se our family doctor this afternoon and he prescribed her Amoxicilin. I am giving her Advil and Tylenol but the fever is persistent and it constantly above the 38C.
Should I be concerned and go the ER or just wait till morning and see how she feels?

Well come to HCM
Unless the know the underlying cause of fever giving antibiotic is not good idea if this is being judged clinical for bacterial infection then it is okay for antibiotic, else such symptoms most of the times comes around on its own, hope this information helps, take care.
