What Causes Fever And Severe Headache?

my 25 yr. old daughter has been running a temperature of 102*F since yesterday. I have given dolo 650 at intervals of 6 hours. Tablets were effective for about 5 hrs. She still has severe head ache. Can I supplement it with any other pain killer. If so which tablet.--

Hi,
It seems that she might be having viral infection giving high fever and headache.
Dolo-650 is good medicine for pain and fever.
If you want you can give Ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine instead of dolo-650.
Give her plenty of water and liquids and keep her well hydrated.
Give her rest.
