What Causes Fever And Weakness?
hi ... I have had a mild fever and weakness for around 8-9 weeks and I got my blood and urine tested and found out that my ESR was 50 and I had around 5-6 pus cells in urine ... the most common conclusion has been that I have a urinary tract infection ... is that right?

only presence of pus cells do not indicate inection .
I want to know further more
do you have burining incresed frequency of urination
or pain in lower abdomen , as these are supportive feature of UTI along with fever . As there are so many causes of fever we directly can not labelled it as UTI.
But as pus cells are there you should undergone culture and sensitivity examination of Urine to confirm UTI.
and after tht we can decide further managment plan .
