What Causes Fever, Cold And Sores On Penis And Scrotum?

Hi. I am a 30 year old male happily married for 13 years. my wife is my only sex partner in my lifetime. I don t consume any drugs or alcohol beverages. 4 days ago I started having really bad cold and fever. Thought common cold and sore throat. But 2 days ago I started having really bad broken sores in the shaft of my penes aswell my scrotum. I don t think that will be some std because i trust my wife but she was sexually active before we marrie. We were check for std and sores of things fefore we planed our first baby now 9 years old and all was good. We do have another two 6 and 11 month s. Everything was ok down there s :-) but I got little worried because I haven t see my doctor we have entered into a financial hardship and I have being working even sick :-( hope you can help me please.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history and symptoms being given here could be due to some fungal infection and not the std if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Miconazole cream" else no need to worry about this, for the cold condition no need to do anything, hope this information helps.
