ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion your child is suffering from tonsillopharyngitis. swollen lymphadenopathy is most commonly due to tonsillopharyngitis in children. and that involves eustachian tube causing ear ache. I would recommend you to take complete course of amoxicillin+clavulanic acid antibiotic. associated with supportive treatment in form of nasal decongestant xylometazoline nasal drops, cetrizine , and pain killers syrups. avoid cold food, take hot bath steam inhalation.
