What Causes Fever, Fatigue And Cough Inspite Of Using Azithromycin And Paracetamol?

I am 25 years old, I suffered from typhoid for 3 times some years before. I also suffered from TB 2 years back. Now since last 15 days I am feelin weekness, sweeting, a little of fever, coughing throughout day, feeling sleepy, pain in boly, breathing problems. I tried azithromycin, ctrizin, paracitamol tablet but still the symptoms are persistent. What should I do ?

Hi, As you got infected with TB before, now present symptoms suggest more of re activation.
Kindly don't use self medications as you could make the bacteria resistant.
I would suggest to consult your physician, and get acid fast staining done again, and to treat accordingly.
