What Causes Fever Followed By Skin Allergy And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have a mild feel fever which started on the evening of the day before yesterday. I don t have a cough, headache, sneezing or anything I d associate with any kind of flue. I might be slightly constipated. My fever was, as it s sometimes usual for me, accompanied by a skin allergy which starts out like a bunch of mosquite bites in the palms and feet and is very itch, but easily suppressed with antihistamines. I m also experiencing very mild and occasional abdominal pain (numb and radial) in the center of my abdomen. Press checking my belly likewise not painful. Thought I might have food poisoning but no dihorreah or vomitting or headache. It s like mild fever for no apparent reason. Should I wait it out or go to see a doctor urgently? 32, male
