Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a pretty sever chiari, we address with a decompression about 11 years ago. That s just a minor back story, and not even certain it is relevant. The question is I get these rogue fevers about the last two years, they can last for a week or two leaving me exhausted. No real other symptoms. I am 42 in good health and weight class otherwise. Any suggestions
HI Well come to HCM Such chronic history of fever need to be investigated for underlying pathology and without it is not possible to say anything about the diagnosis and in my opinion the first test would be routine blood work, and then go for x-ray study of chest, this would clear the clinical picture, along with this clinical examination would be equally important, hope this helps
