What Causes Fever, Headache, Dizziness And Tiredness?

Hi. I have for a long time gotten severe headaches when my temp hits 99. I am a normal 97.9 but seem to fluctuate even lower lately down as low as 96.9. I have also had some dizziness and extreme tiredness. Recently had a severe bladder infection.coli. also left side of neck will feel stiff but loosens as I move thru the day. This has happened only three or four times over past 6 months.
