What Causes Fever, Headache, Sore Throat And Weakness?

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, its just got worse during the day, I have fever, headache, every joint in my body is aching, even my ribs and I m so weak, what could this be? I don t fancy going the doctors if it will just pass on its own. Also opening my bladder alot and when I do the relief is painful even before, my body is basically in bits, thanks.

Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that sore throat, fever and joint pains indicates that you are suffering from Viral fever. Along with that you are having pain during micturition which means you also have a urinary tract infection. This won't pass on its own and you require a prescription antibiotic for the UTI. For the fever take Tab Dolopar 500 at 8 hourly intervals. Drink lots of fluids. Taking cranberry juice will help to treat the UTI. I hope that answers your question.
