What Causes Fever, Headaches, Dry Mouth, Sore Throat, And Sinus Pressure For Two Weeks, Along With Worsening Tooth Pain On The Right Side?

Beginning around 2 weeks ago I began feeling feverish and experiencing headaches, dry mouth, sore throat and sinus pressure. Initially I thought this was a reoccurrence of similar symptoms I experienced in the beginning of December. About a week ago I started experiencing tooth pain, primarily on the right side of my mouth. Since then the pain has varied but overall seems to be worsening.
