What Causes Fever, Hot Flashes And Pressure In The Head?

I do not have a fever, but my head (face, ears) feel hot, flushed and feel pressure in my head. A recent visit to my pcp indicated slightly elevated bp, which has since returned to normal (per dental visit.) Could this be a symptom of pre/menopause? I am 42 years old.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
It could be symptoms of pre/menopause.However, an idea of your periods and if any changes in duration or quantity of flow may help us better to know if this is the cause.I will however suggest you eat well, take enough vegetables, drink enough water, rest well and observe. If symptoms persist, you see your Doctor for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
