What Causes Fever In Evenings With Body Ache?

hi, my name is essam and my dad feels feverish everyday around 6- 6.30 in the evening along with mild complete body pain... he has consulted few docs and undergone several test wich are all negative, i would be grateful if i could get a satisfying answer..
