What Causes Fever In Evenings?

fever in evenings with warming of body ,no cough, no body pains.blood test -ok
chest xray= pleural effusion-homogenous opacity noted in left,mid and lower zones
bone cage,ardia contour normal.
right costopheric angle is fre.
rest of lung fields clear.

Hi,
from x-ray report it shows that you might be having pulmonary tuberculosis with pleural effusion.
Consult pulmonologist and get examined.
After examination and further investigations he will go for treatment accordingly.
