What Causes Fever In The Evening And Cough?

from 1 month i am having fever daily in the eve - doc have not been able to find the reason - now i have cough and veezing also

flem also does not come out - no medicine is effective

my ribes have started to pain now by coughing from 1 month

i am 5.3 , 45 YEARS, 69 kgs

Since fever, cough , wheezing , pain in the ribs , all these symptoms may be due to these possibilities, these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , as you mentioned that there is no phlegm i.e. dry cough. Usually this type of cough is in asthmatic attack. When such type of patient visit in my clinic I usually prescribe them to take monteleukast+ bambuterole tablet once in the evening . To take some cough syrup containing dextromethophan+ ambroxol+ guiaphesine .
Since this is a prescription medicine , so get a prescription from a physician.
2 Since , you are also having fever from last ONE month accompanied cough , so this may be due to tuberculosis . Get in X ray chest with blood examination for C B C & E S R ( if > 90 mm in 1st hour ,suggestive of any chronic infection including tuberculosis.).
3 Typhoid fever may be the next reason of fever . So get in Widal test as well as serology test for diagnosis confirmation.
