What Causes Fever, Irregular Bowel Movements And Stomach Pain In Infants?
My 10 month old has just come off a couple of days of 40degree temps, loose irregular stools and stomach pain. He is well in himself now and back to eating (banana, toast, Apple purée). However, the last two bowel motions have had 2-3 white kidney bean shaped and textured lumps. What might they be?

Hi there.
He may have had an episode of gastroenteritis. Keep him well hydrated. Give him ORS or Oral rehydration Solution. Get his stool tested for infection or parasitic infestation.
