General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that you have fever weakness, and motions, probably due to the food poisoning.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have blood test and urine tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ranitidine, domperidone, paracetamol, and loperamide.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
