What Causes Fever, Leg Pain And White Vaginal Discharge After Taking Ipill?

I took ipill after 3 times unprotected sex and ejaculation after 36 hrs from 1st sex. The white colored discharge has increased and my vagina is smelling really bad. Also I am having fever, chills, and pain in the legs. Can you please let me know the reason for the same

Hi,

The symptoms you mentioned are not related to iPill, but strongly suggest an STD (sexually transmitted disease). If I were your treating doctor, after physical examination I would have prescribed antibiotics and anti-pyretics for 5-7 days. Your doctor will guide you. Kindly avoid unprotected sex in future, as iPill prevents only pregnancy and not STDs.
