What Causes Fever, Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi. My name is Kelly. I went to the ER for severe right abdominal pain and fever of 102. They thought it was my appendix but all that turned out good. My blood work showed my liver enzymes were elevated. AST 301 ALT 178 and the doc noted alkaline phosphate were elevated 158. It s been three days and my stomach pain is better. Fever is down. I go to my pcp next week. Is this something to worry about? I ve looked up things on it and it s all scary to me. I do have a history of thorasic nerve damage, winged scapula, anemia, and fibromyalgia.

In jaundice main pathology is dysfunctional or damage of liver leading to decrease Secretary functions of liver. It may present as vomiting fever or sudden fainting as blood sugar levels may dip.
Different kind of jaundice can be diagnosed by respective antibodies.
Secondly it may be a case of acute cholecystis leading to fever and raise in liver enzymes.
Antibiotic along wid fat free diet and monitoring of liver enzs will help.
It shall take 10-15 dayz to complete recovery.
