What Causes Fever, Severe Leg And Lower Back Pain, Dizziness And Weakness?

hello, i am 58 years old lady. i am suffering from low grade fever and severe leg and low back pain since last 2 months. since last 20-25 days i am experiencing severe dizziness, and so much weakness that i cannot even stand properly. also having headache continuously.please suggest what could be the probable cause..
