Hi my little boy is on a antibiotic for his tonsils and swollen glands he is fine duren the day but come tea time his temp shoots up and he complains of a sore head and was sick twice with it and same again tonight he was also up through the ngt complaining of a sore head should I take him back to a doctor thanks

Usually antibiotics take 2 days to show complete effect. If it has been 2 days or more then it means that the antibiotics are not working and you better take him to doctor.
But if it's less than 2 days since Antibiotic has been started then wait for 1 more day.
