What Causes Fever When Suffering From Sore Throat?

I am running a temp of 37.5 but feel fine, I did have a sore throat etc 3 weeks ago and had a temp then for about a week... I have to be careful though as have Addison s and have to double steroids when have a temp of 37.5.. Why do I have a temp if I feel ok

Normal temperature is plus or minus 0.6 degree from 37'C. With this your temperature is within normal limits and you need not do any thing.
But any infection/inflammation can cause increase in body temperature including your sore throat.
So, please gargle with salt water and have plenty of fluids if you have it now.
