hello sir,my friend 22y/fem 1) complaints of fever fr 4 days ....cbc reports -1) wbc count 1,8000 cu cells.2)platelets 1,75,000.3)ESR-55.(elevated).a).WIDAL -negative.b)MP QBC- negative.c)urine routine -epitheliai cells 10-12 cells..,,, what ll be the diagnosis fr my friend...could u plse tel sir?

Hi,
From reports it shows that WBC is very high with high ESR.
It shows there might be having some heavy infection in the body some where and requires evaluation of the case.
He might require x-ray chest, ultra sound of abdomen.
Consult physician and get investigated.
After all reports we will have some conclusion about his problem and then they will go for treatment accordingly.
